  • On A Break So I did two weeks of MTC and then a week and a half of running, and both my legs are SORE! Funny how strength training makes me hungry all the time.   • The Diet It's Friday. Usually on Fridays, I slowly let myself go.   • My Shadow Is Sexier I have no idea why, but I look better just before my monthly cycle starts. And then I start looking drab and puffy. But at the same time, [prior to the start of each cycle] my legs feel heavy and I fatigue easily. That's when I wish I didn't have to workout.   • And Then There Was A... Creepy crawlie.Yup. A 5-foot long black snake along my running route, approaching in my direction.   • 8km and recap of last week There are weeks like this week, when I have nothing much to say. It's the same ole same ole week after week. The same workouts, the same dusty tracks, the same distance. But, today I ran my first 8km!!! :D I never thot I could run that far... Wow.
